M E L T I N G P O T is a dance practice.
The video was recorded during the last day of residence at the CRD (Centro de Referência da Dança da Cidade de São Paulo)
During 3 weeks, 3 times per week, I’ve been working with a fluid group of dancers and actors, professional and amateur, coming from different dance/performance backgrounds.
Djs and painters as well, passed through the work bringing their own skills and media.
One common urge – SHARING DANCE!
We’ve been dealing with collective improvisation frames, trying to find ways of creating a place of exchange, challenge and fun!
